Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the capture and documentation of business requirements for software development within the Veterans Affairs portfolio. This is a remote, full-time role requiring SAFe/Agile expertise and strong collaboration with business users, IT, and leadership using ALM tools such as JIRA.
The ideal candidate has about 10 years of experience, a Master’s degree, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance.

- Strong background in software development and SAFe/Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- 10 years of professional experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Master’s degree required; US citizenship and security clearance eligibility.
Responsabilités
- Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
- Collaborate with business users, IT and leadership to document requirements in ALM.
- Manage requirements in an ALM tool.
- Perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
- Develop business process models and formal specifications.
- Write and deliver project documents to the client.
- Identify and manage risks and issues affecting progress.
