Syms Strategic Group (SSG) seeks a Senior Business Analyst for a 100% remote role supporting the Veterans Affairs program. You will lead the capture of software requirements, collaborate with users, IT, and leadership, and manage requirements in JIRA throughout SAFe Agile development.

Candidates must have 10 years of experience, a Master’s degree in Engineering, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Public Trust (MBI).

Qualificações

• Strong background in software development and SAFe/Scaled Agile.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical audiences.
• Attention to detail, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced experience with MS Office, including Excel; proficiency with JIRA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the capture of software requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with users, IT and leadership to document requirements in JIRA/ALM.
• Manage requirements across ALM, perform agile requirement management for product teams.
• Analyze user needs to define functional, cross-functional and technical requirements.
• Write and deliver project documents; coordinate backlog items and acceptance criteria.
