Job summary

Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking an experienced requirements analyst for a 100% remote role supporting the Veterans Affairs program. You will lead capture of business and technical requirements for software development teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and document in an ALM tool.

This position requires a strong background in software development, SAFe/Agile methods, excellent communication, and a Master’s degree. U.S.

Qualifications

Must have strong software development background and SAFe/Scaled Agile experience.
Excellent oral and written communication, able to explain technical topics to diverse audiences.
Attention to detail, problem-solving, and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the capture of business and technical requirements for software development teams.
Collaborate with users, IT, and leadership to elicit and document requirements in an ALM tool.
Manage and trace requirements in the ALM system (JIRA) from epics to stories.
Perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team within SAFe.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items; coordinate backlog refinement.
Write and deliver project documents to the client; identify risks and issues.
