You will lead the capture and refinement of software requirements for Agile teams, work with business users and IT, and manage requirements in JIRA and an ALM tool, ensuring traceability and acceptance criteria. Strong background in software development and SAFe methodologies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience conducting independent research to support complex questions.
Advanced experience with MS Office, including Excel.
Expertise with JIRA tools.
Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements in an ALM tool
Manage requirements in an ALM tool
Perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team
Analyze user needs to determine functional and technical requirements
Conduct user interviews and develop business process models
Gather and document requirements from customers and stakeholders
Create and manage backlog items and acceptance criteria
Use JIRA for requirements management, testing, and defect management
Track system and business requirements and ensure traceability
Validate requirements and integration; conduct backlog refinement
Coordinate with Systems Engineers on impact to solutions
Write and deliver project documents to the client
Identify and manage risks and issues
Develop and maintain project/product backlogs
Support change control processes
Facilitate traceability amongst requirements, test cases, and risks
Report execution status and metrics across the Agile lifecycle
Lead and mentor junior analysts
Establish relationships with product and business owners
Support development team to understand requirement details
Follow Scrum and SAFe practices and remove impediments
