Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking an experienced senior requirements analyst to lead the capture, documentation, and management of software requirements in an Agile environment. You will collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements using ALM tools and ensure traceability across stories and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

Strong background in software development and SAFe/Scaled Agile frameworks.
Excellent written and oral communication with non-technical audiences.
Advanced analytical skills; ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
Experience leading requirements in Agile environments and ALM tools.

Responsibilities

Lead capture and elaboration of software requirements for Agile teams.
Document requirements in ALM tools and manage backlog items and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with IT, business users, and leadership to ensure traceability.
Facilitate backlog refinement and write user stories and change requests.
Support development teams and mentor junior analysts in SAFe practices.
