Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Public Sector Applications in Sacramento, CA. The role partners with agency stakeholders, product owners, and developers to gather requirements, document user stories, and facilitate backlog prioritization throughout a cloud-based regulatory reporting platform project.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Business Analyst on IT projects over $1M, strong experience in Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and experience with at least one large .NET/Cloud

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst on IT projects valued at $1M+.
• Experience with business requirements gathering, process modeling, and user stories.
• Experience supporting at least one full SDLC implementation, with Agile/Scrum exposure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to gather requirements.
• Document user stories and assist backlog prioritization for delivery.
• Support full software lifecycle of a cloud-based regulatory reporting platform.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure quality acceptance criteria are met.
