Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, requirements management, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document functional/non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and documentation for design, technical, and analytics teams.
• Maintain requirements traceability and repositories for audit readiness.
• Track action items, milestones, deliverables, and status for real-time visibility.
• Draft meeting minutes and track items through closure; support status updates across workstreams.
• Assist in governance activities such as risk logs and decision records.
• Prepare process docs, impact assessments, and briefing materials for adoption and training.
• Coordinate UAT and document results; enable issue resolution and user adoption.
