Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior IT Professional / Business Analyst to provide enterprise application support, analyze business needs, and lead technology projects onsite in Juno Beach, FL. You will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver integrated solutions and drive operational improvements.

The role requires 6–10 years in IT operations or business analysis, strong technical skills, and experience with SaaS/cloud/hybrid environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
6–10 years of IT operations, enterprise application support, business analysis, or related tech roles; multi-project experience.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support and administration for enterprise line-of-business applications.
Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and user access issues across multiple business units.
Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams to resolve complex production issues.
Support SaaS, cloud-hosted, on-premises, and hybrid application environments.
Lead application upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects.
Serve as a Functional and Technical Business Analyst with requirements gathering and solution design.
Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and technical specs.
Manage multiple projects with status reporting and risk management.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and support AI solution integration.
