Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks a Senior Business Analyst to enhance BSD operations, improve compliance, and elevate customer experience through rigorous analysis, process modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will document requirements, develop process models, and support roadmap and improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes, leveraging ERP/SaaS tools and BI reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field or MS/MA with experience in business analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement efforts with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with ERP, SaaS, and modernization projects including requirements and testing.
• Experience with process mapping, root-cause analysis, and improvement methods.
• Knowledge of Power BI and data quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and facilitation sessions with BSD leaders and stakeholders.
• Document requirements, business rules, controls, and improvements.
• Create current- and future-state process models and workflows.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes; propose fixes.
• Support action planning, deployment, and adoption tracking.
• Develop business cases, options analyses, and decision materials.
• Translate business needs into system and reporting requirements and test scenarios.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors on feasibility, testing, and rollout.
• Plan communications and training readiness; gather adoption feedback.
• Maintain relationships across stakeholders and document handoffs.
