Next Level Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst II to support Property & Casualty insurance implementation projects. You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technology solutions, gather requirements, and contribute to Agile delivery.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a desire to expand their insurance knowledge and BA expertise in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, IT, insurance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of business analysis experience, preferably in Property & Casualty.
• Entry-level certifications such as CSM, SAFe Agilist, ECBA, CCBA are a plus.
• Exposure to Duck Creek, Guidewire, or BriteCore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently gather, analyze, and document moderately complex business, functional, and non-functional requirements for client implementations.
• Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and delivery of requirements.
• Perform data analysis and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Create clear documentation and workflows communicating to technical and business audiences.
• Participate in walkthroughs and validation sessions to align solutions with requirements and insurance operations.
• Support UAT by developing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and tracking defects with stakeholders.
• Assist with change management by documenting updates and communicating changes.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, capturing decisions, risks, and actions.
• Provide effort estimates for analysis work and flag blockers or scope concerns.
