Trademark Recruiting/Consulting seeks a Technology Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solutions. You will analyze impacts, translate needs into functional specs, and produce solution-focused documentation for developers.

MUST HAVE STRONG INNSURANCE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
The Business Systems Analyst supports the technology needs for the organization. This role is to act as the liaison between the business and IT and provide business critical or complex technical solutions that meet user needs. Improve business performance by providing the technical analysis of business requirements (including translation into functional requirements), prioritizes of those requirements and user acceptance testing. Ensuring that clear, detailed and concise requirements have been captured.
Looking for a Technology Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements and technical solutions. This person must be able to take a business requirement and understand its impact on the underlying systems—not just document requirements. For example, they should understand concepts such as UI changes, system integrations, data flow between applications, field-level changes, and how requirements affect existing technology. While they do not need to be a developer or write code, they must be technically proficient enough to understand how systems work and ask the right questions about implementation. This role goes beyond note-taking and requirements gathering. The individual should be able to analyze technical impacts, translate business needs into technical requirements, and produce solution-focused documentation that developers can use to build and implement changes. Ideally, this person combines the strengths of a Business Analyst with a Solution Architect mindset—someone who can understand and communicate how a solution will work from a systems perspective. The key distinction is that this is a Technology Business Analyst/Technology Systems Analyst role, not a traditional Business Systems Analyst role focused primarily on business requirements. Strong technical analysis skills and the ability to think conceptually about system design and implementation are critical.
