Job summary

Industrial Air Flow Dynamics (IAFD) is embarking on a NetSuite ERP transformation. We seek an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements definition, model current and future processes, and enable effective collaboration with leadership, operations, and our implementation partner.

You will shape our future ways of working, document BRDs, and ensure proper alignment with best practices, balancing configuration vs customization within a hybrid delivery approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex organizations.
• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP implementation across lead-to-quote, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, order-to-cash.
• Strong proficiency in business process modeling techniques.
• Experience applying both waterfall and agile methodologies in hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills.
• Manufacturing or field service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes and document future-state workflows for technology enablement.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business needs and objectives for NetSuite implementation.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional/technical specs, balancing configuration vs customization.
• Create and maintain BRDs to ensure clear stakeholder understanding.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
