Job summary

BIG Fiber is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to help optimize our business systems and processes. You will serve as the internal project lead for NetSuite implementation, coordinating with internal teams and our implementation partner to plan, test, migrate data, and go-live in 2027.

In addition to NetSuite, you will support Salesforce and other apps, document requirements, improve workflows, and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in business systems or relevant roles.
• Strong technical background with data and technology.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams.
• Salesforce administration experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementation project and manage timeline.
• Coordinate data migration, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Support Salesforce, NetSuite, and other apps administration.
• Document requirements and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, Finance, Legal, customers, and vendors.
