Artifintech in Jacksonville Beach, FL is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support legacy applications within the manufacturing IT ecosystem. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Quality teams, SMEs, Product Owners, and project teams to analyze processes, define requirements, assess impacts, and support deployment.

The role requires gathering requirements for JAX legacy systems, documenting As-Is/To-Be processes, mapping data and system flows, creating user stories with acceptance

Competenze

• Experience analyzing business and system requirements.
• Proficient in As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data-flow analysis.
• Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA.
• Knowledge of impact analysis, change management, and scope control.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect analysis, testing, and release readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
