Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support legacy applications within the Jacksonville manufacturing IT ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross‑functional teams to analyze processes, write clear requirements, and support deployment.

Responsibilities include managing requirements in JIRA, conducting impact analysis, facilitating reviews, and guiding UAT and release readiness. Strong agile understanding and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping current and future processes and systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and stories.
• Familiarity with impact analysis, scope control, and requirements traceability.
• Experience supporting UAT, testing, and release readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for JAX legacy applications and interfaces.
• Document current‑state (As‑Is) and future‑state (To‑Be) processes.
• Map data‑flow and system‑flow across legacy and target apps.
• Translate needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain requirements and backlogs in JIRA; facilitate reviews.
• Conduct impact analysis and dependency mapping with teams.
• Manage approved changes and assess design/testing impact.
• Support UAT planning, test scenario definition, and defect clarification.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to delivery and releases.
• Collaborate with Product Owner/Tech Lead on gaps and decisions.
