Quantum Technologies. LLC seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support legacy applications within the Jacksonville IT ecosystem.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, SMEs, Product Owners, and project teams to analyze processes, define requirements, assess system impacts, and support implementation, testing, validation, and deployment. The role requires strong documentation, requirement tracing in JIRA, and the ability to lead cross-functional sessions, manage changes,
Competenze
- Experience gathering & documenting business and system requirements.
- Proficient in As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data-flow analysis.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria; maintaining traceability in JIRA.
- Knowledge of impact analysis, change control, and release readiness.
- Strong stakeholder facilitation and cross-functional collaboration.

- Lead requirements gathering for legacy applications.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Map data-flow and system-flow across interfaces.
- Translate needs into clear requirements, stories, and criteria.
- Maintain requirements and backlogs in JIRA.
- Facilitate reviews and backlog grooming.
- Conduct impact and dependency analysis.
- Manage approved changes and assess impact.
- Support UAT planning, test scenarios, and release readiness.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Tech Lead to identify gaps and risks.
