To Be Determined is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support legacy applications in the Jacksonville manufacturing IT ecosystem. You will collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and product teams to analyze processes, define requirements, assess impacts, and assist with implementation, testing, and deployment.

You will document As-Is/To-Be processes, map data flows, and maintain requirements and backlogs in JIRA, while leading reviews and ensuring traceability across interfaces and releases.

Competenze

• Experience analyzing business and system requirements for IT projects.
• As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data-flow analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
• Knowledge of impact analysis, change management, and traceability.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect analysis, testing, and release readiness.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
