Artifintech is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support legacy applications within the Jacksonville manufacturing IT ecosystem. The role collaborates with stakeholders, SMEs, Product Owners, and project teams to analyze processes, define requirements, assess impacts, and support implementation, testing, validation, and deployment.
Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering for JAX legacy apps, creating As-Is/To-Be maps, documenting data and system flows, maintaining
Competenze
- Strong experience in business and system requirements analysis.
- Proficiency in As-Is/To-Be process mapping and legacy systems analysis.
- Hands-on experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
- Knowledge of impact analysis, change management, and requirements traceability.
- Experience supporting UAT, defect analysis, testing, and release readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and dependencies.

- Document current-state and future-state business and system processes.
- Map data-flow and system-flow across legacy and target apps.
- Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, tests.
- Maintain requirements and backlogs in JIRA.
