Job summary

NFP, an Aon Company, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a world-class team in the finance and insurance sector. You will collaborate with professionals to develop and implement innovative solutions, driving underwriting efficiency and client value in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes business analysis, process improvement, and technology enablement across programs, with strong governance and data quality focus. Base salary range is disclosed and eligible for incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting, business analysis, operations, process improvement, or related field.
• Experience in commercial insurance, specialty insurance, MGA/MGU, program business, wholesale brokerage, or similar environment.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, application improvements, system conversions, or integration projects.
• Experience with policy administration, workflow/document management, reporting, and insurance accounting systems; Vertafore IMS, ImageRight, AIM, SureFyre preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand business objectives, requirements, and outcomes.
• Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and maintain business and system requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Develop BRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Document gaps, risks, and dependencies and facilitate resolution.
