Job summary

This is a full-time role supporting the broking team, contributing to strategic recommendations, problem solving and solution development for prospects and clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client or prospect programs and formulate recommendations for risk solutions.
• Negotiate with carriers to support revenue growth and retention.
• Ensure placements meet service model standards and timelines.
• Develop client/prospect diagnostics and assess total cost of risk.
• Prepare required documentation and follow-up for timely delivery.
• Assist in proposal development for clients.
• Respond to client queries to resolve issues promptly.
• Attend meetings and contribute to client communications and presentations.
• Support data and analytics deployment for program insights.
