Abbott is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst in Illinois to lead system analysis, design, and delivery for enterprise solutions. The role involves guiding projects, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring successful implementation with cross-functional teams.

You will define requirements, develop specifications, and collaborate with software, infrastructure, and architecture teams to deliver robust applications on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Overall 8+ years of experience with minimum 4 years in application systems analysis, software development, or enterprise solutions.
• Experience defining requirements, developing specifications, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications.

Responsabilités

• Formulate and define system scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into application solutions.
• Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Design scalable solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements and process improvements.
• Analyze and support system integrations between enterprise apps and external platforms.
