Qualifications
- Senior-level Business Analyst experience on digital or technology projects.
- Experience documenting technical requirements and API specs.
- Experience supporting system integrations and platform migrations.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to lead requirements sessions with technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Document technical requirements and API specifications for system integrations.
- Own user stories and acceptance criteria for survey lookup, PDF generation, and user management.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development teams.
- Lead client-facing requirements discussions with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers throughout Agile sprints to clarify requirements.
- Support requirements gathering, backlog refinement, testing, and implementation.
- Coordinate with client, product, design, and technical teams to ensure delivery.
- Maintain requirements, user stories, and project documentation in Jira.
