Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks a Senior Business Analyst to document API specifications and translate business needs into clear functional requirements. You will own user stories and acceptance criteria for survey lookups, PDF generation, and user management for up to 50 users.

You will lead requirements walkthroughs with technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with client teams and software developers throughout Agile sprints.

Qualifications

• Senior-level business analyst experience.
• Strong experience documenting technical requirements and API specifications.
• Experience with integrations and system/platform migrations.
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Jira and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead requirements walkthroughs with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
