Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Sr. Business Analyst for Starlink Enterprise to analyze enterprise customer data and translate it into actionable reports and tools. You will build dashboards, automate processes, and partner across teams to improve customer experiences and internal operations.

The role emphasizes data integrity, scalability of analytics, and collaboration with software teams on data structures to support market launches and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in reporting and analytics within customer operations, manufacturing, quality, human resources, purchasing, operations, cost accounting, supply chain management, or consulting.
• 3+ years of professional experience building datasets to create and manage dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• 3+ years of professional experience in at least one analytics language (Python, R).

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses (SQL queries, other methods) that identify issues and opportunities impacting customers, with actionable recommendations that change outcomes.
• Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards that quantify health of customer accounts and influence change.
• Integrate with all levels of the business to understand workflows and identify systematic gaps.
• Develop automation that accelerates revenue, mitigates risk or creates efficiencies within Starlink Business Operations and across teams.
• Own data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality.
• Train internal users, external technical teams, and leaders on dashboard, API, and tool usage; assist in troubleshooting.
• Improve data capture for future account management use cases and collaborate with software development on table structure.
• Support new market launch, continuous improvement, and cross-functional initiatives.
