Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a data analytics professional to drive data-driven decision making across Starlink Business Operations. You will conduct analyses, build scalable metrics and dashboards, automate processes, and partner across the organization to improve customer outcomes, accelerate revenue, and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics within customer operations, manufacturing, quality, HR, purchasing, operations, cost accounting, supply chain, or consulting.
• 3+ years building datasets to create and manage dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• 3+ years of experience in at least one analytics language (Python, R).
• 1+ years of experience leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses (SQL queries, other methods) that identify issues and opportunities impacting customers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Define and develop department-level metrics and dashboards that quantify customer account health.
• Integrate with all levels of the business to understand workflows and identify gaps.
• Develop automation to accelerate revenue and reduce risk across Starlink Business Operations and teams.
• Own data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality.
• Train internal users and leaders on dashboard, API, and tool usage and troubleshooting.
• Improve data capture for future Account Management use cases; collaborate with software teams on table structure.
• Support new market launch and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
