Job summary
IntelliBee Inc in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Mid Level Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, project leadership, and technical teams for the new enterprise eDMS solution. The role focuses on documenting business, functional, and technical requirements and guiding agile development using Jira and Confluence.
You will develop epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and support backlog refinement while aligning processes with regulatory and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis and requirements management.
- Proficient in documenting current and future state processes.
- Ability to develop epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Familiarity with eDMS or Enterprise Content Management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document requirements for the enterprise eDMS solution.
- Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to capture needs.
- Create and manage the product backlog with Jira/Confluence.
- Model current and future processes, data flows, and system interactions.
- Support testing, traceability, and documentation artifacts.
- Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to ensure alignment.
