Job summary

accel bi corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative in Raleigh, NC. This role requires expertise in business analysis, requirements management, and Agile delivery.

The successful candidate will lead elicitation workshops, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, map current and future state processes, and collaborate with IT and business teams to drive successful implementation.

Qualifications

• US citizen or green card holder
• Local candidates in NC or willing to relocate at their own expense
• Onsite work 2-3 days per week in Raleigh, NC
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Certification required: CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA-AAC or comparable BA certification
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and management
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Proficient in SDLC and Change Management
• Proficiency with process mapping and diagramming tools
• Experience with testing: SIT/UAT
• Knowledge of data flow and ER diagrams
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops
• Develop user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions
• Create process maps, workflows, and business analysis artifacts
• Support procurement and vendor evaluation activities
• Perform requirements traceability and impact analysis
• Support testing activities including SIT and UAT
• Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories
• Support implementation, training, and deployment efforts
