Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong experience with requirements management and process documentation.
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations.
• Knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and UAT.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project reporting and PMO activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements of workshops.
• Document current and future-state business processes.
• Perform data analysis and support business case development.
• Develop and manage test plans, test execution, and UAT activities.
• Support system implementation and go-live activities.
• Assist with change management, communications, and training initiatives.
• Provide PMO support, including status reporting, work plan updates, and project administration.
