Job summary

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Enterprise eDMS implementation. You will gather and document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements, and develop user stories and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing the backlog, and supporting SIT/UAT testing to ensure a successful delivery. This position is based in Raleigh, NC with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

3+ years of Business Analysis experience with requirements elicitation and process improvement.
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience documenting current and future state processes, workflows, and business requirements.
Knowledge of SDLC, change management, SIT, and UAT.
Proficient with Microsoft Visio and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
