Job summary

BTI Solutions in Plano, TX seeks a Sr. Business Analyst (e-Commerce) to bridge business needs and the development team. You will analyze requirements, document processes, and support UI and module management while coordinating testing for new releases.

They require a bachelor’s in IT/MIS, 9+ years in business process analysis, and bilingual English/Korean capabilities. Strong SQL/XML skills and logistics knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in IT or MIS related discipline.
Bilingual in English and Korean; read, write and speak in both.
9+ years of business process analysis experience; ecommerce/logistics is a plus.
System analysis and knowledge of system interfaces, including XML.
Experience with SQL programming and database development.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and create documents communicating between business users and the development team.
Monitor and test for new development; contribute to UI and module management.
Coordinate with stakeholders across sales, logistics and ecommerce domains.
