Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Korean bilingual SCM Analyst to support supply chain systems by coordinating with business users and the Korea HQ. The role involves reviewing SCM data across forecasting, allocation, and channel data, ensuring data integrity and seamless system interfaces.

The Analyst will liaise with the HQ development team, validate enhancements, and train users. A strong background in SCM processes and data interfaces is required, with preference for experience in advanced

Qualifications

Must analyze SCM processes and data and understand data interfaces between multiple systems.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
5+ years of functional experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for SCM system-related inquiries and resolve admin issues by analyzing Forecast, Allocation, Channel Data, and other SCM information while ensuring data integrity.
Attend meetings with business users, summarize notes, and communicate with HQ dev team in Korea to deliver business needs and requirements.
Validate new features and functionalities in SCM systems, train users, and provide feedback to HQ teams.
