Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. in Plano, Texas is seeking a Korean bilingual Senior Analyst, Platform & IT Strategy to join the Business Transformation & Excellence team.

You will lead IT expense management, N-IRP processes, and data analysis to drive strategic goals and operational excellence. This role owns end-to-end IT expense and Work Order lifecycle, including invoice processing, RMS data integrity, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in business management support, IT expense/vendor management, data analysis/reporting, or project management.
• Bilingual English/Korean; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a monthly IT expense status report and VOC analyses for executives.
• Manage Work Order and RMS data; track IT and outsourcing expenses.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project proposals and evaluations.
• Support system implementations and cross-functional process improvements.
