Job summary

NAC seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead cross-functional efforts in documenting and improving business processes, ensuring clear ownership and efficient operations as the company grows. You will partner with leaders and project teams to define to-be workflows and support system implementations.

You will gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and help drive adoption through clear documentation and stakeholder alignment. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–8+ years in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience in professional services or project-based environments.
• Strong ability to document and improve workflows.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements via interviews/workshops.
• Experience translating ideas into actionable use cases and requirements.
