We seek extensive hands-on Business Analysis experience, with 7+ years in the field, and strong skills in process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience creating BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with current/future state process mapping using Visio.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.
• Conduct elicitation sessions and translate needs into functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process maps.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps using Visio.
• Support portal initiatives across SDLC with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in testing, UAT, defect triage, and production readiness.
• Prepare customer-facing and internal documentation and training materials.
• Assist with change management and end-user training.
• Balance business needs with technical constraints and present solutions.
• Facilitate discussions across technical and non-technical audiences.
