Job summary

Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. seeks a Sr. Business Analyst to join the Portals Product Management team, focusing on customer portals and data center-related projects in a fully remote, 12-month contract.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in business analysis, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and CRM tools, plus excellent communication and presentation skills to influence across all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT or related field
• Previous experience in Data Center industry is preferred but not required
• Minimum 7+ years of business analysis experience
• Working knowledge of customer portals/customer-facing web applications - is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Expertise with Microsoft Office tools such as Visio, PPT, Word, etc.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Strong team player able to develop strategies and action plans and share results
• Ability to foster strong partner and customer relationships
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
• Must be able to negotiate and/or influence others to gain support for the company's needs as they change

Sr. Business Analyst to join our expanding Portals Product Management team responsible for managing all our Customer Portals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT or related field

• Previous experience in Data Center industry is preferred but not required
• Minimum 7+ years of business analysis experience
