Piper Companies is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join a growing technology and customer solutions organization. You will gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders on a customer portal project.

This is a remote role (EST hours) on a 12 month contract with potential to convert to permanent or extend. Ideal for candidates with 2+ years BA experience and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience eliciting requirements and creating comprehensive BRDs.
• Strong experience with process mapping, use case creation, requirements management, and testing activities.
• Experience developing user documentation, process documentation, and training materials.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
• Experience supporting customer portal implementations or enhancements is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and requirements management tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Create and maintain BRDs, use cases, functional documentation, and process flows.
• Facilitate process mapping to identify business needs and improvements.
• Coordinate and support UAT, including test case creation and defect tracking.
• Develop and maintain end-user documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support customer portal initiatives by gathering requirements and aligning with business objectives.
