Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in healthcare or payor environments.
• Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation experience.
• Strong SQL for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and mapping workflows.
• Proficient in UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Position Description

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing healthcare payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting.
• Drive the process forward proactively and politely persistent to schedule calls to help move things along. Be prepared and push the envelope accordingly.
• Work with challenging stakeholders and drive projects forward independently
