• Conduct requirement workshops and analyze current processes.
• Design solutions considering business, technical, and user needs.
• Train users and prepare training materials.
• Support presales activities and solution design.
• Create case studies and marketing/GTM materials.
• Lead the Business Analyst team and review their deliverables.
