Yakshna Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst 4 (Change Mgmt) in Richmond, VA to support the DDI deliverables processing and approvals across MES vendors.

The role emphasizes change management, documentation control, and cross-functional collaboration with PMOs, SMEs, and program staff. The position requires substantial IT change and release management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple vendors.

Qualifications

• Considerable work-related experience in an IT environment.
• Experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control.
• Experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with data entry and work order processing.
• Experience with tracking and reporting; controlling processes; and managing workflow.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers.
• Exp in healthcare is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Support DDI Project(s) within the Change Management Office; process MES O&M requests/deliverables.
• Process deliverables, design docs, test plans and work plans; not an Admin role.
• Work with Vendors that make up Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
• Manage MES O&M requests/deliverables and align with cross-functional teams.
• Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders and act as IT point of contact for Change Management.
• Ensure project deliverable documents are stored and versioned correctly.
• Participate in all stages of the Project Systems Development Life cycle.
