Novalink Solutions seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support DHHS CCWIS/CCMS project lifecycles. You will report to the Project Manager, drive detailed requirements, document processes, and steer user acceptance testing.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders. You will collaborate with IT support teams to define requirements aligned with project goals, build future-state models, and craft comprehensive requirement

Qualifications

• Experience conducting Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis.
• Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies and BPMN notation.
• Ability to write clear functional and technical requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to define risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop future-state business process models to address roadblocks and opportunities.
• Develop clear functional and technical requirements to guide solution planning.
• Manage and participate in user acceptance testing to verify functionality.
