Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and development teams to capture and document requirements. You will lead elicitation sessions, translate needs into BRD/FRS, and maintain key artifacts such as user stories and process flows.

The role requires extensive experience in card acquiring and issuing domains and strong stakeholder management across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience in business architecture and business process design
• Expertise in mapping and stakeholder management
• Card acquiring and card issuing domain knowledge

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, process reviews and discussions
• Translate business needs into detailed BRD, FRS, user stories, epics and acceptance criteria
• Create and maintain BRD, FRS, user stories and process diagrams
• Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
• Facilitate UAT testing, defect triage and business signoff activities
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with multiple business and technology teams across geographies
• Provide regular status updates to program leadership and stakeholders
• Support change management, training and deployment activities
