Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with card processing or card disputes expertise to join our onsite team across Berkeley Heights, NJ and Alpharetta, GA. The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and ability to translate complex business needs into BRDs, FRs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, development, and QA, lead workshops, support UAT, and drive process

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, business process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
• User Stories and Epics
• Use Cases
• Process Flow Diagrams
• Data Mapping Documents
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with multiple business and technology teams across geographies.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to program leadership.
• Support change management, training, and deployment activities.
