Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with card processing or card disputes expertise to join our onsite team across Berkeley Heights, NJ and Alpharetta, GA. The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and ability to translate complex business needs into BRDs, FRs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, development, and QA, lead workshops, support UAT, and drive process

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business needs into BRD, FRS, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current and future state processes to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead requirement elicitation workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Translate needs into BRD, FRS, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate UAT, defect triage, and business sign-off activities.
