Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC in Berkeley Heights, NJ is seeking an experienced business analyst to lead requirements elicitation, document business needs, and translate them into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

You will work with product owners, architects, and development teams across geographies, facilitate UAT, support backlog grooming, and drive ongoing process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Mandatory skills: Card Acquiring Domain, Card Issuing Domain.
Good to have skills: BFS - Data Analysis.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Lead requirement elicitation workshops, interviews, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
Translate business needs into BRD, FRS, user stories, epics, use cases, and data mappings.
Analyze current and future state processes and recommend improvements.
Work with development and testing to ensure clear understanding and implementation.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
Facilitate UAT, defect triage, and business signoff activities.
Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions and business impacts.
Coordinate with multiple teams across geographies and provide status updates to leadership.
Support change management, training, and deployment activities.
