Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - BPM Trainer / eLearning to lead analyses that align information technology solutions with the strategic goals of multiple, complex accounts in health and human services. You will mentor staff, validate requirements, and oversee documentation and training material development for go-live.

The role requires 9+ years of business analysis, CMS/MITA knowledge, and experience with LMS and IIS integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
9+ years of business analysis experience.
Experience in analyzing and designing business processes and workflows.
Strong understanding of CMS, MITA concepts, and healthcare operations, particularly in Medicaid environments.
Expertise in relational database concepts and system integration methodologies.
Proficiency in training methodologies, including Learning Management Systems and eLearning content development.
Experience with Immunization Information Systems (IIS), immunization registry operations, provider onboarding and enrollment, vaccine inventory management, immunization reporting requirements, and HL7-based interoperability standards is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead analyses aligning IT solutions with client goals.
Model business processes and document workflows.
Own requirements and design documentation; align with objectives.
Lead client meetings to validate requirements and propose solutions.
Mentor junior analysts and oversee tasks across projects.
Develop time estimates for training development and modeling.
Publish process models to Knowledge Exchange repositories and oversee documentation standards.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and training managers on needs and delivery.
Manage training material development for go-live and operational readiness.
