Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Advisor Business Analyst - BPM Trainer / eLearning to lead business analyses that align IT solutions with strategic goals across complex accounts. You will act as a SME between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive effective solution delivery and mentorship for junior team members.

The role requires validating requirements, modeling processes, and publishing standardized documentation while coordinating training material development and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 9+ years of business analysis experience.
• Experience analyzing and designing business processes and workflows.
• Knowledge of CMS, MITA concepts, and Medicaid operations.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and system integration.
• Proficiency in training methodologies and eLearning development.

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning, design, and recommendation of business processes to improve and support key business areas.
• Facilitates in-depth analysis and documentation of client business requirements and processes.
• Owns requirement and design documentation aligned with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Leads client meetings to validate requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Oversees and coordinates BA tasks across IT projects, mentoring junior team members.
• Develops time estimates for training development and business process modeling.
• Designs and implements methods to evaluate alignment of goals with project objectives.
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced analysts.
• Publishes business process models to KE repositories and maintains documentation standards.
• Collaborates with clients, contractors, and site training managers on needs and delivery schedules.
