Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a Senior BI Business Analyst to build scalable data solutions and deliver reliable insights. You will blend analytics, data engineering, dashboard development, and cross‑functional collaboration to translate business needs into actionable data products.

You will collaborate with teams to define metrics, architect pipelines, and maintain dashboards, while driving process improvements and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data Analytics experience required.
• 5+ years of SQL coding experience expected.
• Experience with BI visualization tools (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI etc.).
• Experience querying and analyzing large diverse data sets.
• 4+ years in process management/methodologies – Agile/Lean/Six Sigma.
• 3+ years in cloud environments (AWS/Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define key business metrics with stakeholders for scalable insights.
• Architect data pipelines and build dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve data infra and dashboards as requirements evolve.
• Publish clear documentation; gather feedback for improvements.
• Identify ways to streamline data processes and performance.
• Optimize SQL queries and data workflows to improve data landing times.
• Collaborate across teams to align data needs and solutions.
• Lead end-to-end projects and provide strategic partnership.
