Job summary

Indeed is seeking a senior business analyst to lead analysis across large, strategic programs. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to map HR workflows, identify gaps, and drive standardized, scalable processes with AI‑based optimization.

You will develop data‑driven business cases, write BRDs/FRDs and acceptance criteria, and mentor others while maintaining a single source of truth for requirements, risks, and decisions across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience required or alternate education/experience mix as described in the role narrative.
• Experience leading analysis in PMO or similar business function, with focus on HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analysis workstream for complex programs.
• Set and enforce BRD/FRD standards, user stories with acceptance criteria, process/data flows.
• Develop data-driven business cases and executive-ready narratives.
• Conduct change enablement at scale (impact assessments, cutover plans, training inputs).
• Identify AI/automation opportunities and quantify benefits.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and mentor peers to raise team standards.
