The ideal candidate has extensive Agile delivery experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with JIRA, MS Office, and data analysis. Master’s degree and US citizenship are required.

Aufgaben

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements in an ALM tool.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool.
• Perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
• Gather and document requirements from customers, team members, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Elaborate user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria.
• Use ALM tools (JIRA) for requirements, testing, and defect management.
• Collect, track, and monitor system and business requirements.
• Validate requirements and integration.
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers on technical impact.
• Manage and coordinate requirements for multiple projects.
• Write and deliver project documents to the client.
• Identify and manage risks and issues.
• Develop and maintain project/product backlogs.
• Own and manage requirements change control.
• Develop Change Requests per policies and procedures.
• Facilitate configuration management for project artifacts.
• Traceability among requirements, test cases, risks, and impediments.
• Report execution status and metrics across Agile lifecycle using SAFe.
• Analyze to identify required tasks and interdependencies.
• Become a product SME.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts.
• Establish strong relationships with product and business owners.
• Support development team in understanding requirements details.
• Follow Scrum and deliver requirements/specifications for Sprint teams.
• Remove impediments to achieve Sprint goals.
• Provide clear qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders.
• Support change control processes.
