Zusammenfassung

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst to lead the capture and documentation of software requirements in a remote capacity. You will collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements in ALM tools, manage the backlog, and ensure traceability across requirements and tests.

The role emphasizes agile requirements management, formal specifications, and mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifikationen

Experience with SAFe/Scaled Agile framework in large software projects.
Strong written and oral communication for customer and management audiences.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical capabilities.
Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
Experience in delivering requirements and user stories in Agile environments.
